Refund Policy

• No refunds on treatments. Instead, a credit will be applied to the clients file to use on their other treatments.
• No refunds on products if they have been opened.

Cancellation Policy

• We require 48 business hours notice for any cancellations.
• Cancelling within the 48 business hours will result in a 50% charge of the service.
• No showing an appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service.
• We require all clients to put down a credit card on their file to book an appointment. We do not charge the credit card if you cancel before the 48 hours.
